Let’s face it – most of us couldn’t get out of 2011 fast enough. It was a tough year for many, but a great year for Steampunk. The genre and aesthetic of Steam turned up everywhere, and there was much rejoicing at that.

We at the Steampunk Chronicle scour the globe every day looking for interesting news to share with our readers. We now want to turn the tables and ask YOU to share the best in Steampunk with us!  Starting January 20^th, 2012, the editors at SPC will be collecting YOUR recommendations (just fill in the blanks on an SPC webform) in DOZENS of categories for the best things in and around the Steampunk Genre. Tell us what you think about fashion, media, shopping, personalities and even food and drink – all of it your choice.

After the nomination month, readers will be invited to cast their votes at the SPC website! Winners will be announced at STEAMfest in Atlanta in April. So, put on those thinking caps, readers, and make your choices known starting January 20^th! Stay tuned for more details!
